Dr Rebecca Lowe
Dr Rebecca Lowe is a Chartered Psychologist based in Private Practice. She also supervises and lectures in psychological treatment approaches on professional training programmes.
Dr Lowe was initially trained in psychology and the arts and the therapeutic application of the arts before specialising in psychology and psychological therapy. In her clinical practice, she creatively and compassionately delivers treatments tailored to individual circumstances and goals. She offers Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Compassion-Focussed therapy, EMDR, and integrative therapy, for a wide range of problems including anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD and trauma, relationship difficulties, life adjustment, low self-esteem and sexual problems. She also recently provided Psychological First Aid for Covid-19 First Responders in Health Care in Homerton University Hospital.
Dr Lowe enjoys helping to facilitate change and to alleviate distress through therapeutic integration, empowerment and creativity.
Dr Lowe has a special interest in integrating therapeutic approaches, neuropsychology and the mind-body connection in psychological, emotional and relational health.
